Our restaurant offers 10 different types of shabu-shabu, including A5-rank black beef, beef tongue, pork, duck, chicken, lamb, and octopus. The soup is a versatile broth that goes well with any ingredients. We offer "secret sesame paste," Hagi ponzu, hot sauce, buckwheat sauce, and salt. We also recommend that you try different combinations of ingredients and sauces to compare and contrast.
We have a wide selection of premium sake and authentic shochu from all over Japan that goes great with our premium meats. We also offer a 2-hour all-you-can-drink menu with more than 50 kinds of drinks including draft beer, highballs, cocktails, and sours. We also have a wide selection of soft drinks, so customers with children and those who do not like to drink can use our restaurant with no worries.
